Fanvue Acceptable Use Policy

BY USING OUR WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO THIS POLICY – PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY

This Policy applies to your use of Fanvue and all Content on Fanvue and forms part of your agreement with us. This Policy sets out what is and is not permitted on Fanvue. In this Policy, defined terms have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

General Use

• Do not use Fanvue except for your own personal use.
• Do not sell, rent, transfer, or share your account or any Content obtained from your use of Fanvue to or with anyone else.
• Only use Fanvue in a manner and for a purpose that is lawful.
• Do not use Fanvue to engage in misleading or deceptive conduct or conduct that is likely to mislead or deceive any other User.
• Do not use Fanvue to stalk, bully, abuse, harass, threaten or intimidate anyone else.
• Do not instigate, take part in, or contribute hate speach. Hate speech includes content intended to vilify, humiliate, or incite hatred or fear against a group based on race, ethnicity, etc., but excluding self-referential or empowering uses.
• Do not engage in disruptive behaviors like 'flaming,' 'spamming,' 'flooding,' 'trolling,' and 'griefing,' as understood by common internet terminology.
• Access to Fanvue is prohibited for individuals who are, or are required to be, registered sex offenders in any jurisdiction.

Content Restrictions

General Conduct

• Do not use Fanvue for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
• Do not upload, post, display, or publish content that is defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, threatening or harassing, or which encourages or promotes violence or any illegal activity.
• Do not upload, post, share, show, include, harm, exploit or attempt to exploit anyone under the age of 18, such as by exposing them to inappropriate content.
• Do not download any content from Fanvue unless a 'download' button is explicitly displayed next to that content.
