Steps Taken to Prevent, Detect and Report Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking

Fanvue takes the following steps to prevent, detect and report modern slavery and human trafficking:

• Conducting due diligence on our suppliers to ensure that they are complying with all relevant laws and regulations relating to modern slavery and human trafficking
• Providing training to our employees to ensure that they are aware of the signs of modern slavery and human trafficking and know how to report any suspicions
• Encouraging our employees to report any suspicions of modern slavery or human trafficking
• Investigating any reports of modern slavery or human trafficking and taking appropriate action if necessary
• Ensuring that our policies and procedures are up-to-date and comply with all relevant laws and regulations

Our Policies

Fanvue has the following policies in place to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking:

• Code of Conduct: Our Code of Conduct sets out the ethical standards that we expect all of our employees and suppliers to adhere to. This includes a commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking.
• Supplier Code of Conduct: Our Supplier Code of Conduct sets out the standards that we expect our suppliers to adhere to. This includes a commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking.
• Whistleblowing Policy: Our Whistleblowing Policy provides a mechanism for our employees and suppliers to raise concerns about any suspected wrongdoing, including modern slavery and human trafficking.
